Chipped, Overlapped, & Discolored

This patient had discolored teeth with unusually wide laterals and a chipped front tooth. Whitening did not lighten the patient's teeth to her satisfaction. The lower anteriors were crowded with a deep periodontal defect on the lower left lateral.

Procedure:
Porcelain laminates and crowns were placed on her upper teeth to change their shape and color. The lower arch was restored with porcelain crowns, laminates, and an all porcelain bridge in the front to replace the missing tooth, which was extracted because of a gum defect.

The patient loves her new smile!
