This patient never liked his teeth. He did not smile because they were discolored, worn, chipped, and poorly shaped.

Procedure: A diagnostic wax up was first done on models before proceding to the mouth.

Porcelain crowns and porcelain laminates were placed, to improve the shape and color of his teeth. We also widen the upper arch so this patient.

This patient now smiles with confidence wherever he goes.
