This patient had severe tooth abrasion, with decayed, mal positioned, and missing teeth. The teeth on the upper met improperly with the teeth on the lower (Improper occlusion). The patient had periodontally involved teeth with large deposits of calculus on his teeth.

Procedure:This patient had periodontal treatment and extractions of any helpless teeth. Fixed porcelain to gold bridges and precision partials were constructed to give this patient the proper occlusion and esthetic smile he always desired.
