Diagnosis: This patient stated that he never liked to smile. He had discolored and poor-shaped teeth with old fractured fillings. He had a narrow arch with a reverse smile lines and very pointed canines.
Treatment: The arch was widened and the upper anterior (front) teeth were lengthened. The shape and the color of his teeth were changed with porcelain crowns and veneers. This patient now has the Hollywood smile of his dreams.
