Thanks for the inquiry. The bite impressions were not my favorite part of the experience, but in the end it was worth having straighter teeth. The lower impressions were a piece of cake. The uppers were tougher, but thankfully, Dr. Anenberg and Sandy (Dr. Anenberg's assistant) were very patient with me and taught me that it helps to breathe through your nose.
