Here is an idea I had for our office creed (for a star point):
“Our office features an all-inclusive staff of the most skilled cosmetic dentists and specialists to take care of your every dental need. We strive to always offer exemplary customer service and exceptional patient care. Our combination of the latest dental technology mixed with a warm and at-home quality of treatment is truly what sets us apart from other dental practices. We give our patients all a unique experience tailored to meet their individual needs and you will leave smiling brighter and whiter than before. Welcome to Smile South Florida Cosmetic Dentistry!”

I would like to give a star point to Jessie our newest team member. Jessie came to our office and was not met with a proper reception. For this I apologize. Sometimes we all can get caught up in our own busy schedules and forget what it is like to be “the new kid on the block”. Jessie never complained once. Jessie managed to find her way. Jessie was loved by all of her patient’s. Shame on us team. Let’s help Jessie feel welcome. How about lunch to show Jessie what Smile South Florida is really made of?

I would like to give a Star point to Sandy. Sandy had a home invasion. This was not only a severe financial loss, but an emotional experience. While Sandy’s personal life was in turmoil, Sandy came to work and was a real “star”. Sandy never let on to any patient’s of her personal problems. Her love for her job and her patient’s took precedence over her personal problems. Thanks Sandy!! We all love you.

I really enjoyed going out to lunch with Jessica, Eileen, and Toby on Thursday. Thank you all for making me feel welcome! It’s always challenging to find your way around a new office, I feel lucky to be in such a beautiful office with such high energy and extreme talent.
I would like to give star point to Eileen. At the end of my first day, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and she approached me with a warm smile and compassion, asking me how my day went. She understood my position and let me know she, along with everyone else at Smile South Florida, was there for any questions I may have. Thank you Eileen! I would also like to give a star point to Sandy. At the end of my second day, I had some questions about my equipment. She was finished treating all her patients and I’m sure was eager to get home, yet she took the time to help me find the necessary things I needed and helped me with my repairs. Her humor and enthusiasm was refreshing and welcomed. Doris and Toby each deserve a star point for really going out of their way to help me. I can see that this is an incredible team and I am happy to be a part of it. I look forward to working with you all, and I hope I can be an asset to an already great team.

I would like to give a star to each of our partners. Dr. Nottingham and Dr. Anenberg. I have had the pleasure of working for Smile South Florida for over 30 yrs. I have been blessed to have worked for such a kind and family oriented office. When I had my daughter Jessica, I was invited by Dr. Nottingham to bring Jessica to work with me. How many people can say this about their jobs? I think perhaps not so many. Well the little baby I had 27 yrs ago has now had her first child. For any of you who still do not know this, that little girl was Jessica. Jessica is now our Assistant Office Manager. She has blessed us by giving birth to baby Nicholas. Working for such kind and compassionate dentist’s, I was not surprised by the offer for Jessica to bring baby Nicholas to work. What can we say?? Dr. Nottingham and Dr. Anenberg are not only the best dentists, they are really the kindest men to work for. They, being parents themselves realize the pain a new mother has in leaving her newborn. Thank you!! To our wonderful patients, I say come see the baby!!

A very special Star point goes to Vanessa Nottingham. She is our little babysitter. Baby Nicholas is blessed to have Vanessa care for him. Vanessa volunteers to come to the office 1-2hrs per day to play with the baby. Vanessa sings to him. Most important Vanessa holds him and shows him a lot of affection. Thank you Vanessa

I live each day to the fullest and get the most from each hour of each day at every stage of my life. Then I look forward with confidence and a smile while looking back with no regrets.
Don’t be afraid to take the time and enjoy the cosmetics and beauty of the work we have accomplished.
Listen to those whom the world may consider uninteresting as we cosmetically help restore them, each and every patient has something special in them. Our mission is to find it!
Disregard any negativity and don’t let it suck you in, as it so easily can do. Instead, concentrate on all the positive things this office can perform.
Give others the greatest gift you can give. Give them the purity of you attention.
And finally remember that the future of this practice is in the hands of those who will be tomorrow’s generation a valid reason to return tour practice.

I think Dr N needs a triple star ! Today we worked on a male patient(under the age of 18) who was so greatful for our transformation! Even though it was only temps, the patient was so happy almost to tears!!

This past Friday I worked at the Boca office for the first time. It was a hectic start to the day, but thanks to Dr. Nottingham, Doris and Debby my schedule went smoothly AND my patients were able to receive extra attention from us all! It was the epitome of teamwork at its best! Thank you for your help! You all deserve star points!

I would like to give a star point to Toby. Toby proved just how important he is to this practice. Toby worked especially hard this last month. He proved that with hard work and a good attitude that anyone can achieve his or her goals.

My star point goes to one of the sweetest persons on the face of this earth. Doris never ceases to amaze me. It often seems that she never gets tired. Believe me she does!! It is just that Doris never complains. Doris always puts a positive spin on everything. A lesson for all of us !!

Well, I must say that this star point is long overdue. Jessica has a new baby and is able to still dedicate herself 100% to our office. Jessica is intelligent and very quick to find problems and fix them immediately. We are all glad she is back.
