Sometimes overcalicification can cause white spots to appear on the surfaces of the teeth, making the shade difficult to get to a uniform appearance. Veneers or crowns could be an option, but we would first have to have you come in for a consultation to see if what you would be a candidate for. Veneers should last for a lifetime (depending on how well that the patient takes care of them)and there should not be any side affects. Hi Laura!
